Our history

1960

The roots of the Pagani Group date back to the 1960s, when Enrico Pagani founded his trust company, laying the foundations for a future of excellence.

2001

In 2001, Matteo Pagani founded Studio Fiduciario Pagani SA, expanding the family business with a focus on fiduciary and financial consulting.

2009

Matteo Pagani creates Fondo Residentia, the first real estate fund dedicated exclusively to properties in Italian-speaking Switzerland, marking an innovation in the sector.

2010

In 2010, Giovanni Pagani joined the Pagani Group, bringing strategic expertise to the development of the Group's financial activities.

2011

Pagani Real Estate SA was founded in 2011 to structure and consolidate the real estate operations of Residentia and Pagani Group.

2021

In 2021, UBS acquires the Residentia Fund, which at the time of the transaction manages a real estate portfolio worth CHF 250 million.

P&M Real Estate was born from the union of the Swiss and international experience of the Mantegazza family and the Pagani Group, specializing in real estate investment and management.
